About Raggie Plant Co.

This store is operated by Sean Craig, a sole proprietor doing business as Raggie Plant Co., in Los Angeles, California, United States. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to support@raggieplantco.com. Additional merchant contact information appears in our Contact Information.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the available item, price and options. Review the selected size, color, quantity, included parts, care information and warnings before ordering. A plant-pot size describes the nursery-pot diameter, not the plant's height. Living plants naturally vary in height, fullness, color and leaf shape, and natural materials such as wood can vary in grain and color.

We do not substitute a live plant without your consent. Availability is not guaranteed until fulfillment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund or another option that you approve.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Checkout shows the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping, before payment. Mandatory merchandise handling charges are included in the displayed product price. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains shipment timing, separate parcels, restrictions and delay handling. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the separate accessory and live-plant procedures, eligibility, costs and remedies. Sending a cancellation or address-change request does not itself change or cancel an order; we will confirm whether the request was completed before fulfillment.

Product care, safety and warranties

Follow the care information and warnings supplied with the selected product. Plant health after delivery depends on factors including light, water, temperature, handling and local conditions. Our arrival-condition policy covers qualifying problems present on arrival; it is not a promise that a plant will survive regardless of later care or conditions.

If a product includes a written warranty, its terms identify the warrantor, coverage, duration, exclusions and claim route. We do not add to or broaden a manufacturer's or supplier's written warranty. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared, and how to exercise available privacy choices.

Changes to these terms

Changes apply prospectively. For an existing order, the terms and policy commitments presented when that order was placed continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
